SLEEPING EAZZZZIER
Create a relaxing bedtime ritual
BY:MARY ELIZABETH TERZELLA
If you go nonstop until you collapse into bed, you'll be too revved up to drift off, warns Rubin Naiman, PhD, clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Arizona's Program in Integrative Medicine. "Unless you're significantly sleep deprived, you must slow down before you can naturally fall asleep."
To unwind, do something quiet and relaxing-take a bath, listen to soft music, read a book that's easy to pick up and put down, practice meditation or pray.
