Dr. Bruce Lipton on The Power Our Thoughts Have on Our Biology

Dr. Bruce Lipton an internationally recognized authority in bridging science and spirit and leading voice in the new biology, discusses many of the findings and principles detailed in his groundbreaking book, The Biology of Belief. We address the importance of understanding that our genes are not the determinant of our fate as previously taught by the theory of genetic determinism. Dr. Lipton shows us how his research demonstrates that we have more control over our destiny than originally thought. And, we will discuss how our beliefs and thoughts can greatly influence how our genes are expressed, which in turn can have a significant impact on our physical and mental health. Dr. Lipton one of the early pioneers of the field of epigenetics (how our behavior and environment can effect the functioning and output of our genes) helps us to understand that our mind, and the control we have over it, is the true architect of our destiny, with the result being we have the control and power to create our reality.

The new biology indicates that it is our consciousness not our genes that control our lives.
